Terms of Use

hicf.uk and associated Mobile applications are operated by HI! Creative Fayre Ltd.

Ordering from the site

1. Orders and cancellations

a. Order acceptance policy

All orders and subscription requests received are subject to acceptance by HI! Creative Fayre Ltd., and any of its personnel reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

b. Dispatch time

We aim to post the good in 1 working day, but it may take 2-3 days for the customised products.

c. Changes to your order

If you wish to change your order, please do so by contacting us at info@hicf.uk, from the email your account is registered under and quoting the order confirmation number. We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes that are requested before the order is done.

d. Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are done, and a full refund will be issued. Please get in contact with us via info@hicf.uk to do so. Orders which are already being processed, or which have already been dispatched, cannot be cancelled.

2. Prices

All prices are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. To offer the best security, all our credit and debit card payments are processed securely by WixPayments or, if selected as a payment option, PayPal.

If you create an account and enter your payment details, your card will be stored securely by WixPayments so that you can check out on future visits without re-entering your card details.

We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

4. Delivery policy

We deliver all orders via Royal Mail, DPD and other couriers. Royal Mail states that 93% of deliveries will be on the chosen date and almost all remaining deliveries will take place the following working day for Royal Mail First Class post. Unfortunately at this time Royal Mail does not offer a guaranteed one-day delivery service, so we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.

Although we will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery, we cannot be held responsible if an item arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the postal service that we use or anything else outside of our control.

We are unable to provide delivery notifications for orders, as we cannot obtain proof of delivery, however you will receive an email notification when your good is dispatched.

In the event of non-delivery (an order/item not having arrived 3 working days after its dispatch date), please contact us at info@hicf.uk. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date to claim a reprint or credit. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a reprint or credit.

We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where an address is entered incorrectly on checkout.

5. Returns & refunds

a. Damage

We maintain strict quality control measures when printing, packing and dispatching orders. While our goods are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the same perfect condition as when they leave us, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may be damaged in transit. If, upon receiving your good(s), they are damaged, please contact us quoting your order number, so that we can arrange a free replacement at our next available delivery date. Please note that you will need to email us photos of the damaged item(s) within 72 hours of receipt of the product(s) in order to be eligible for a replacement, and we may ask for you to return the product(s) to us. We will not offer any replacements if the good(s) are in a good condition, but the content is wrong due to a mistake made when ordering.

b. Non delivery

In the unlikely event that your good(s) do not arrive within 3 working days of the estimated delivery date for domestic orders, or 10 working days for international orders, please contact us at info@hicf.uk for us to investigate. We will only offer a refund if we are informed of the non-arrival of the card/s within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

c. Refunds

In certain cases, and at our sole discretion, we will offer a refund if a replacement is not possible. If you do receive a refund, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the product(s) plus any delivery charges you may have paid, within 7 days of the day on which you provide us with evidence that the product(s) are faulty. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund having been processed, however please be aware that banks might take an additional 2-14 days to refund the amount to your card.

d. Returns

Please understand that due to the nature of our customised model, we are only able to accept returns in the case of damage to the product in transit. We offer customers replacements if the items are not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above.

e. Design errors

Any subsequent changes to the design will not affect an order after it has been placed. We will not be liable for any spelling or artistic mistake on the design itself if the customer has not noted this before ordering. We may, however, at our sole discretion, offer to replace the design with a corrected version dependent on the creator’s co-operation in amending it. This will be done as soon as we are able to facilitate it but cannot be guaranteed within a specific time frame.

f. Messages added to the design or artwork

Please note we will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for any content written in the design or artwork.
